At Style Foam, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and warranty policy as per the product’s warranty terms and conditions.

✅ Returns:
We accept returns only in case of a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Warranty Coverage:
Our mattresses come with a warranty as per the product type. Each warranty covers manufacturing defects such as foam sagging or spring failure — not damages caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper handling.

📝 How to Claim:

1. Contact our customer support with your order number.

2. Provide clear pictures/videos of the issue.

3. We’ll verify and guide you through the return or warranty claim process.

📦 Pickup & Replacement:
In case of valid claims, we’ll arrange a free product pickup and send a replacement or repair based on warranty terms.

• Warranty duration varies by product (e.g., 5 years for spring mattresses, 10 years for orthopedic foam).

• Custom-sized items are non-returnable unless defective.
